FIRST TIME ATTENDING?
The Editors Retreat is reserved for a small, elite group of experienced editors (minimum 5 years of professional work is required) selected through an application process. Our goal is to help you expand your professional network and build lasting relationships with the other attendees and instructors. Join this influential community.
STEP 1: APPLY
Applications will be reviewed by a committee. Please submit your professional resume listing your work experience and education to Daniel Amaro. Make sure it also includes references.
Optional: You are encouraged to show us your reel. Provide us with the URLs for viewing your work online. You will be contacted within 2-3 days with a decision regarding your acceptance into the Retreat. Don’t get left out this year: Apply Now
STEP 2: REVIEW PAYMENT OPTIONS & RETREAT POLICIES
Be sure to check this page for helpful info about payment options, bringing a guest, extending your stay and most importantly… an installment payment plan. Editors Retreat offers an installment plan to help you secure your seat. Set yourself up to pay half when you register, and the other half by July 10, 2018.
STEP 3: REGISTER
Upon receiving confirmation of acceptance, your email address will be added to the invitation list and you will be provided with the necessary information to register for the 2019 event.
