The preferred payment method for the Editors Retreat is credit card. If you would rather pay by check or purchase order please choose that option from the registration page.
HOLIDAY FRIENDLY NO INTEREST INSTALLMENT PLAN:
Payment 1: 50% payment due at the time you register
Payment 2: 50% payment due AFTER Editors Retreat, week of January 23, 2017.
Please note: At the time of registration, attendees choosing this payment option should choose the “INSTALLMENT PLAN” as your form of payment inside the registration page. Next, download this pdf to split the payments and avoid the holiday credit card crunch.
Due to the limited size of the event, cancellations of the Editors Retreat are non-refundable. However, fees paid (less a $250 administrative fee) may be applied towards future Editors Retreat events or classes at any Future Media Concepts training center.

Your hotel stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Nashville is valid for one guest per room. Your spouse/guest is welcome to join you during your stay and enjoy Nashville with you. To ensure the best Retreat experience with your fellow editors, during the retreat your spouse/guest is not permitted to join you during any sessions, however they can join you during planned social activities and be charged at cost. Please contact Denise for details on costs.
EXTENDING YOUR STAY
Additional nights (room extensions) before or after the retreat can be arranged. You will be responsible for the additional nightly room charges. Standard room rate is $220 inclusive, for upgrade options or to request an extension please contact Denise Miller. If the hotel stay is available, the nights will be added to your reservation. You will be responsible for providing your credit card to be charged for the additional nights upon check-in.
